"Dave was nit the "typical" realtor, he earned his money in many ways from the staging to the set up of client visits to working on the deal gaining us more than we thought we would sell for. Most importantly Dave was available at all times from when the water heater blew up and we were out of town to having a plethora of people able to work on the house project needed at the time. A true professional who takes what he does as his profession, Happy and honored to now call Dave a friend......who you want to work with!!!Well done Dave!"

"We had a very unique property on the Indian River Lagoon. We had listed it with two other realtors and and got very little traffic. As soon as David took over the activity took off. Two or three showings a week were the norm. We finally got an acceptable offer and closed on the property. The time and energy he expended were the reason the property sold."

"I sold my deceased mother's house which was full of furniture during the pandemic. Some furniture was to be moved, some donated, and some disposed of. I live 1000 miles away and was not able to get to Florida during that time. David was instrumental in clearing out the house. David has pulled together an effective team of real estate professionals - contractors, loan specialists, legal help, etc. David was present for walk-throughs and inspections that I was not able to attend. David is professional and trusted. Highly recommended."
